Casa Meridian sits on a south-facing slope above the Atlantic, conceived as a sequence of thresholds between the domestic interior and the horizon beyond.
The plan folds around a central courtyard, allowing every principal room to borrow daylight from two orientations. Board-marked concrete, lime plaster and untreated oak age slowly with the salt air, anchoring the house to its place.
